He helped me understand what mortgages were available to me as a first time buyer and what this looked like in terms of monthly payments. Owen walked me through the process from start to finish and answered all of my questions (I had a lot). He also mapped out a number of scenarios for me financially based on contract lengths, providers, deposit amounts and purchase prices. I liked that he used WhatsApp instead of emails for quick updates or queries.
