I am buying a house for myself as a first time buyer. He helped me to find the right mortgage lender and rate that was affordable and he also advised me on what to do when my valuation came back lower than my offer – with his advice I managed to negotiate the sale price down by £5k. He gave me weekly updates even when there was nothing to update and worked around my diary/holidays. Overall just a really nice guy, lovely to speak to and can’t recommend him enough!!
